Complaint Review: Pure Green Coffee

Pure Green Coffee Don't do it! They keep charging and won't cancel! Las Vegas Nevada

I thought I was getting a free trial ($5), but somewhere, there must have been text saying, they would charge $79 if I didn't cancel in 30 days.  Well .. here came the $79 charge.  So, I cancelled.  They gave me a cancellation number.

Thirty days later, here comes my next worthless bottle.  The invoice has a DIFFERENT customer service number to call.  I call and they say I never cancelled and they didn't recoginize the number.  They cancel AGAIN and tell me to send the bottle back (my cost).  And, "no worries .. we didn't charge your card."

Well .. they did.  So, now I have to dispute the charge and cancel the card.

I hate these guys.
