Complaint Review: Pure Green Garcinia

Pure Green Garcinia Pure Green Garcinia contacted me after i had been looking at the product online. They said I could try a free trial. And then they would send me two more bottles the next two months. They charged me 9.95 for the product and then 5.00 shipping. When I called to cancel the next two shipments, they said that I couldn't, that I had to pay for the next two shipments of 44 dollars and whatever cents. I said I wanted to cancel because I have not lost any weight and gained 7 lbs. and refuse to pay 90$ for something that is not working for me. He said to call in two months to cancel because I can't since my first bottle was free. When it clearly showed that they charged me 9.95 in the email they sent me to confirm. And then 5.00 shipping! As a customer they told me I had the right to cancel at any time, but when I went to Cancel they flat out told me NO you CAN'T because you agreed to pay 44$ a bottle for the next two months after your "free" bottle. Complete crap! Nationwide

After looking online on amazon.com for weight loss products, Pure Green Garcinia ha contacted me within 1 minute. They said I was "chosen" to try out the new drop form of the product. With a "free" bottle for the first month. And that I could cancel the next two shipments of the product of $44 and some odd cents at any time. 

They first off charged me $9.95 for the bottle and $5.00 for the shipping. And an extra $2 for the workout DVD. After using the product for 3 weeks I have gained 7 lbs and they guarantee a total of up to 17 lbs of weight loss within the first 3 Weeks. 

So I called to cancel the next two shipments of the product of $44 because I was not satisfied. The customer service rep. Was rude as could be telling me I probably just haven't used it right or used it long enough to work. I told him, why would I want to pay an additional $90 for something that doesn't work for me!? He replied with, we'll call us back in 2 months and we will cancel the fourth bottle. I do not want even the second bottle to begin with! So again I told him I do not want this product! And he basically told me I have no choice. I do have a choice!

I was told at any time I wanted to cancel my order I could! I'm not asking for my money back! I just don't want to pay anymore for something that isn't right for me! he was rude a could be and he was the third person I had to talk to because they kept hanging up on me.
