On April 26, 2012, I ordered 7 bottles of the Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract from Pure Health 100 via internet.  The product was highly recommended and the website seemed legit but now I wish I had checked for ripoff reports.   The cost was "immediately" charged to my credit card. 

As of this date, May 23, 2012, I have not received the products nor have I been able to get a response of any kind from them.  I've emailed customer service twice stating my complaint.  I've called their 888 number numerous times only to receive an automated response that "this mailbox is full" or else continual rings and, lately, just one long continuous ring. 

Extremely unhappy and frustrated.  At this point, I only want reimbursement for the product I have never received.
