Pure Health 100 Pure Health 100 website does not ship orders but take your payment. Busy phone response. Internet, Internet
I ordered 3 bottles of supplements from Pure Health 100 May 4, 2012. It is now June 1, 2012 and I have not received any product. I paid through my Pay Pal account which is the safest and the amount of $38.47 was charged to my credit card immediately (May 4, 2012). After several weeks of checking mail, I attempted to reach the company by the phone number on their website. All you get is a busy signal or may go to a mail box which says it is full. I have read that others cannot get a phone response.
I have sent multipal emails asking about my product and now receive response from "Emily Johnson" from email emily@purehealth.com
The response is that they are behind on filling orders and mine was being process 'today' 5/23/12 .
After sending another very strong email saying I believe they are a fraud and scam, 'emily' replied saying the shipment takes 3-5 business days and 'the mail don't run' on Sunday or holiday .. so my shipment should arrive "today", May 29, 2012. Two days later, and no delivery.
I have advised them that I am filing a report to Rip Off Report website as I have seen other complaints of the same nature .. taking the payment and sending no product(s). I also advised that I was going to file complaint with Pay Pal (they have this option) . Still no resolve.
I feel I have been as understanding and patient as one could be when money accepted and no product received for almost an entire month.
I will never do business with this company again and it is very disappointing as I shop internet almost entirely for 10 years and have never had a problem or unable to get a response of resolution to a problem. I am retired and on fixed income and $38 is an issue to me.
Total rip off and the worst no-customer service !!
