Complaint Review: Pure Health 100

I ordered Green Coffee Bean Extract after watching Dr. Oz.  After about 10 days, I received the enclosed email.  I did receive a call, as I had sent an email a week ago and was told, my package would arrive in 5 days.  To date, 30 days later, no email, no product and no tracking information!  This is crazy and must be a scam.  I finally reached a human being and was told the same story, as below with no tracking details...but assured it has been sent.  Buyer...beware!!
