On April 21, 2012 I ordered a bottle of Green Coffee Beans. Total cost $15.99 with shipping. Pure Health took my payment, as of today, I don't have my product. I put my order number into their database to see status as they request on their customer service page and it states it was shipped on May 15, 2012. Here it is June 1, 2012 and I have not recieved any product. I have been calling them and their phones just ring and ring. I've emailed them several times with no response from them. They stole from me and need to be put out of business!!

First, please let me apologize for the delay in shipping your order.  We did experience a HUGE influx in orders and inquiries after the Dr. Oz segments featuring natural remedies that we happen to carry.  Our telephone system, e-mail server and our staff were terribly overwhelmed for a brief period of time and I am sorry your were disappointed in our service.  Our goal is to provide the best customer service possible, and we honestly were not prepared for the all the interest we received as a result of Dr. Oz.

We have upgraded our systems and are now equipped to handle all orders and customer inquiries in the manner we intend - with the utmost care and consideration.
