Re Dr. Oz I ordered the green coffee beans from Pure Health .com.   The order never came and their phone number states the machine is full  After 30 days I ordered from another company.  Today i received their  order in the mail.  Are you kidding?  of course they do not answer theor phone.  Do not give this company your business  they are crooks.  it is a disgrace that they are on the internet.  I hope the Dr Oz show knows that their company is a ripoff.

Hi Liz!

We sincerely apologize for the delay, if you ordered 30 days ago, you most definitely should have seen your product in the mail!  We tried to look you up in our system under the name "Liz West" and were unable to locate your order, we also tried to find an email to our customer service team that perhaps included a confirmation number, but didn't find any emails from "Liz West".  If you did indeed order under the name "Liz West", we are concerned that perhaps your order was not processed successfully?  We would recommend the following - if your credit card has been charged, then email us your confirmation number or the name that you used to place the order and we will gladly look it up for you and track your package - be-well@purehealth100.com, if your credit card has not been charged and you did not receive a confirmation number when you placed your order then please note that your order might not have been processed on the website.  We are sorry that you have been unable to get through via the phone, we are experiencing a very high call volume at this time, but we want to help!  Please let us know if we can help you track down your order!
