Pure Health Discounts They Refused Me Service And Were Very Rude Just Because I Canceled My Order. Other
I ordered from Pure Health Discounts but cancelled my order because they explained on their site that they shipped immediately.At least I thought that's what I think I read. I then contacted them by email and asked that the order be cancelled after being informed by them that it would take a few days to ship. They canceled the order and sent me a message saying "Get Your Peroxide From Another Source".I contacted them by phone to ask why they told me that and they couldn't offer and explanation and just hung up on me. I then tried to order a couple of weeks later I actually placed the order and received a receipt but was contacted the next day via email and was sent a refund and was told once again to find another supplier. I never said anything rude or derogatory to anyone at the company prior to all of this happening and not even when I spoke with the woman over the phone.The woman I spoke with just refused to do business with me.I just wanted to place an order but was denied.I have a relative that's ill and wanted to buy the product in hopes it would help their condition.I'm seriously thinking about contacting an attorney to see what can be done.
