Apparently I have to post a report on ripoff in order to get any feedback from Pure Health. 

It's been a month since I placed my order and as others have already stated -- no phone access or response via E-mail. 

I understand that when smaller companies appear on popular television shows that they can get overwhelmed with the increase in sales, so I can understand the delay -- but the complete absence of customer service or follow-up is unacceptable. You didn't seem to have a problem processing my payment, why can you not answer my email or phone calls?

Get your sh*t together -- refund my money or send the product.
