Pure LA Weight Loss I had asked for an extension until Jan. 20. When I called yesterday and today, nobody answered the phone. I am owed about $500 which includes LA Lites and weekly fees which were paid in October 2007. Albany New York

Piad for weekly fees and LA Lites in advance in order to take advantage of a discount. Went to resume my association with them and the doors are shut for good.
