I ordered the trial of Garcinia Cambogia and Green Tea for $5.95 S&H fee each after seeing it on several sites in EARLY DECEMER. I received this first shipment (4 bottles total, 2 of each pill). I was not aware that this was a monthly subscription and that each would cost approximately $85. Nowhere in any of my ordering did I come across this information, which is why when I received two more packages (2 bottles, 1 of each pill) in EARLY MARCH. I wasn't sure why I was receiving it. I checked my credit card, which had been charged. I emailed the company to receive shipping labels, per their website's instructions for product returns. I received no response, so I called. The first time I called I was told I could not be helped with anything pertaining to accounts, to call back later. I did, and this time I spoke with a representative who told me my original trial purchase was December 10. This representative gave me the shipping information I needed. I was credited back for this one shipment set. However, after further reviewing my credit card statements, I had been charged the two sets of approximately $85 in January, February AND March but only ever received ONE shipment!
