I ordered 2 products off of an internet ad. I was on the Publisher's Clearing House website, and read one of the advertisements they have, in between each game. The ad was for weight loss products, Garcinia Cambodia and Green Coffee Cleanse, and was "endorsed" supposedly by country music singer, Miranda Lambert. The ad went on to say how much weight Miranda had lost, to get back at ex-husband Blake Shelton. The offer was for a 30 day "FREE" trial, just pay shipping for each product. There was no mention of any strings attached to the offer. I ordered the middle of Nov, was busy with holidays and didn't even open the package until I discovered 2 unauthorized charges on my card for $84 for each product.

I started then to call the company phone numbers listed on my bank statement, but it took days to finally reach someone. By the time I found the charges. It was close to the end of Dec, and they billed me again, 2 more charges of $84. So now, I've paid 6.95 shipping on both products, and have 4 charges of $84 dollars taken out of ny account. I contacted my bank, filled out paperwork, but since I used my debit card, they say they can't do much to help me with this. I was finally able to reach the FL phone number, talked to an agent for 55 minutes, who kept telling me there was nothing he could do.

He kept offering me a friends and family discount for all future purchases of 25%. WHAT A JOKE THAT WAS! After 55 min, I finally was transferred to a supervisor. I talked with him for approximately 2 minutes, and my call was disconnected. I called back the next day, immediately asked for a supervisor, got a young girl, who also told me she could not refund my money. By the end of our 50+ minute conversation, and after talking to the billing supervisor, I was told due to the holidays, and special promotions, they would be able to refund all 4 charges, and I would not have to pay the $14 per bottle restocking fee.

They assuredbme they closed both my accounts, and no more money would be deducted. They sent me an email confirmation stating accounts closed, and one confirmation for one $84 refund. I did get two refunds of $84 each post back to my account yesterday, and then today, 12/31, they took $84 back out. So, as of right now, I'm still out three charges of $84 each. I've tried numerous times today to reach them, no luck. One product has a GA number, the other has a FL number. After the new years holiday weekend is over, I'm going to start calling again. ANY HELP YOU CAN OFFER WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.
