Complaint Review: pure lift ultra

I sent for a trial bottle of Pure Lift Ultra. I got Pure lift. I tried it. It was worthless. It was for a 14 day trial period. I sent it back before the 14th day.

 
I find out from my bank that I have an $87.00 pending fee from this company. I called the company and got the runaround. I gave them the tracking number and told them they had received my returned item. The item needed to be returned by the 21st of Sept. They received it on the 19th.

They told me many days later that they were aware the item had been returned, but their warehouse had to confirm it.

The call center is in Aurora, Colorado. The warehouse is in Iowa, which consequently does not have a listed number. The warehouse is called Army Post Road Distribution in Des Moines, Iowa.

Now I am told it will take ten business days (minus the weekends) For the warehouse to confirm what they already know.

I have a bad feeling I'm never going to see that money again. Oh, and they also charge you a credit card fee originating from overseas.....somewhere.....

They have also changed their name to Clear Lift. What next?
