I ordered from this company and website to receive a sample and pay only for shipping of CBD oil. I was charged $5.95 AND charged $112.90 for products I did not order, to initiate autoship of the product at $79/month. I had called to cancel because I was not happy that they ordered stuff that I did not want. On top of that, if you do not cancel within 14 days of your initial order date, you will continue to be charged monthly. Here is the kicker: the phone number on the website is a number for another company altogether. They had no record of me ordering or creating an account. I notified my bank to not put these charges through due to suspected scam/fraud. There is no way to get ahold of the company at all

The charge through my bank was from "Public Road Trip” and a phone number was listed that was different than the one listed on website. It was a call center and the gentleman on the phone did not readily know the name of the company and did not have an address. They basically threatened me, stating that if I disputed the $112 charge through my bank that I would lose!! And then offered a 30% courtesy refund!! You cannot make this up! I continued to request information on returning the products if they had been shipped and they did not have an address or RMA#; he then offered a 50% courtesy refund!!! Finally after much discussion he said he would issue a full refund within 7-10 days and not bother to send products back!! And then he hung up on me!
