Pure Play Poker No Reply, malfunctioning San Francisco Internet
Have been a "premium" member of Pure Play Poker Online for years and years. All of a sudden it wouldn't load. I wrote support@pureplay.com and asked for help. I got an email that all had been remedied and thanks for my patience. It wasn't. It's been 8 weeks that I could not use my points or play money to advance to the real thing. I've written support several times with no reply. I want a full year's refund (about $25/month) as I am very dissatisfied.
