Pure Pro Garcinia aka Pure Garcinia Cambogia, aka Pur Garcinia Cambogia, 2 web sites the company offered 2 separate calls mygarciniacambogiahealth.com; slimdownwithgarcinia.com, both fake. On Pintrest, ad pop up free pay shipping Dec took $177.90 out called immediate had to cancel offered full refund with return of bottles. Returned given web page to check status said email on way once bottles received give 30 days for refund to show. 2nd call no refund, so with supervised givin another web to check promised email confirming I cancelled returned and receive full refund. Email (no reply accepted) only stated cancelled order. Stated Managers will review and get me my refund St. Petersburg Florida

Pop up ad while on Pinterest free supplement 2 bottles pay 9.95 shipping. Never saw the teeny tiny 14 day trial. Didn’t receive supplement for 3 weeks. Can’t use too acidic. No info with bottles just bottles. Beginning January/18 saw my checking account had $177.90 charge for 2 more bottles. Called # spoke w/ Crystal, # 1027 cancelled order put in for full refund of dec 22 charge of $177.00, gave #’s to put on envelope for return plus return add. P.O. box 26380 Santa Anna, CA 92799. Crystal went on to practice law w/o a license thought it would intimidate/ went on to send an email with cancellation and refund, web address www.mygarciniacambogiahealth.com once bottle return confirmed pur garcinia had 30 to deposit refund in my account. next day mailed from my US post office with tracking the bottles. Tracking bottles arrived 1/17/18; 2/20/18, phoned again could clearly hear other operators in background telling other the line of bull in re: states 14 day trial not free,” I’m sorry to hear your bottle didn’t arrive for 3 weeks”. this operater tried to tell me I didn’t do this with in 30 days. I gave her the tracking numbers and prior customer service reps # and she found where I did cancel and should receive full refund and bottles arrived far less than 30 days. I do have pic proof of (all transactions) she forwarded to supervisors same lies from supervisor and she forwarded to the managers whom no one can speak with for some reason. My bank is tracking them fir my refund. I’ll continue to call.
