Pure Talk USA Telrite Corporation Can't Get A Credit!! Atlanta, Georgia

I signed up for PureTalk USA service & phone on 5/31/11. Seven days later they dropped the price of the phone I purchased by $15.00 and offered a 35% discount for a Father's Day promotion. I had only just received the phone 3 days prior to the promo deal and did not even have service yet. When I called to ask for a credit for the $23.73 total difference, I was told "NO", there was nothing they could do to credit me even though I had only missed the deal by 7 days. Next, I emailed their CSR dept. and asked for a supervisor to review my situation--was told no again. I don't know of any company, either on the  internet or a brick and mortar building that does business this way.
When a customer calls to ask for a credit, for a justifiable reason, any reputable company would grant their request.  I would strongly recommend staying away from this provider--they just don't care about customers or customer service--PERIOD!!

A Deal is a Deal

Ok. Suppose the phone had gone up $23. What would you say if Pure Talk called you and wanted more money. There is a reason why deals are concluded at the stated terms. Otherwise everyone would be wanting money or credit from everyone else. That would be anarchy.

i have had pure talk for a couple of years and the customer service people are great. the cell range is great. You missed the deal by 7 days!! you're mad about that!!?? get over yourself, i could understand if it was 1 day, but 7,  really??!! is this how you do all of your shopping? do you go to a grocery store and buy something, then a week (7 days) later you go back and say you want the difference??

To anyone reading this,  Pure Talk is an inexpensive, but good cell phone provider. For someone to complain about a missed deal by 7 days, that is no reason to try to bad mouth them.
