Website has been spamming Facebook over the last few months, pretending to be endorsed by Dr. Oz on his TV show. (It isn't)

www.PureGC60.com

When looking at the link, there is an offer for a "FREE!!" 30 day trial size bottle, for "just" the cost of S&H. $5.95

The "catch" is hidden in the "Terms & Conditions", which states that if you do not return the unused portion in 14 days (with an RMA), you will be billed for the bottle. ($87++)

When contacting the "call center" (Boiler room) which appears to be in Canoga Park, CA, I was informed of this by the "barely discernibvle English" operator that the best they could do was to offer a "50% reduction" on the next bottle. Told her to cancel any & all future dealings, and finally received a cancellation number.

In looking into this company, they are definately hiding as best they can. The bottle shows Las Vegas, NV as their "address", but no street location is given. The phone number is not showing up on any of the reverse search engines as well.

I will continue looking for them, as I need to be in Vegas next week on business. Perhaps in a face-to-face meeting, they may decide that a refund will be the best thing to do.
