Pure Weight Loss Company closed claims to be processing rebates address where rebate form is sent is no longer valid Scarsdale New York
I was a member of LA Weight Loss in Scarsdale, NY. This was bought out by Pure Weight Loss. I had a hold on my membership for a few weeks for personal reasons. When I went to the center on January 23rd I found they had closed. The internet site was no longer valid. I did find a site on line that apologized for any inconvenience and offered a form that could be processed for refunds.
I sent a certified letter to the address listed on the form. The post office returned my letter indicating that the address is invalid.
Not only did I have weight loss weeks remaining on my plan, but I had also just pre-purchased bars. They owe me over 39 weeks (at $5 per week) as well as 14 boxes of their nutritional bars.
I contacted LA Weightloss and they have not even had the courtesy to return my e-mail.
