PURE YOUTH SOLUTIONS, DERMA ACTIVE, I suspect this is the same product, rebranded, as I went to re-order a sample of the Pure Youth Solutions It took me to the Derma Active product. I signed up for the trial bottle of Pure Youth Solutions for $4.99, when ordered I did not receive a confirmation email, nor any disclaimers displayed at time of payment, I was initially charged $138, not the $4.99 as advertised, when product was delivered, weeks after ordering, it arrived without an invoice, no disclaimers or instructions. I signed up for the trial offer of Pure Youth Solutions for a cost of $4.99 freight around the 12 January 2015.
I was not charged for the $4.99 freight, instead I was charged $128.61 on the 28 February 2015. I note that I did not receive any confirmation email for the purchase from the supplier, nor any documentation with the delivery of the product, nor was there any disclaimers posted on the order/payment page at time of purchase.
This is unacceptable, and a ripp off. I have tried to contact these people, which is nearly impossible, I have tried to send an email through the new dermaactivecream.com. webpage, it does not send through.
Please becareful with the "only pay freight offer" as this is a ripp off, they take your card details & take the money out regardless, you do not get anything for free, it's a way of them stealing your money.

My apologies, In some sections of the report, I incorrectly stated the amount I paid for the product, it should be $128.61, not $138.00 as previously stated.
