Complaint Review: pureline

pureline lied, cheated me, and ripped me off. Was rude when trying to get a refund. Internet

This company was on facebook stating that you will lose weight if you take their product. You can try a free trial just pay shipping and handling. I thought ok I want to lose a few pounds so I tried it. It was easy to sign up and I thought great once I get this I can start looking better. That was the 31st of May, today is June 11, and I looked at my bank statement and saw I was charged 79.95 for this product. I was very upset as I am a single mom just trying to make my health better for my kids and I. I decided to call the company and tell them to give me a refund on this as I did not sign up for nothing except the free trial. The representative that I spoke with said she can only give me a 35% refund.

I was not having it, I told them I didnt sign up for nothing except trial. She stated that in the terms and conditions which I never saw said after 14 days your acct witll be charged. However like I stated earlier I ordered the product on the 31st of May and as of today is June 11 so not even the 14 days yet. She put me on a brief hold after I asked to speak to a supervisor and said I was contacting the better business bureau. She said she was trying to help me, when she came back she offered to give me 50% and a free bottle. I said can I speak to a manager and she said all she could offer is that since I signed the terms and conditions. She still would not put a manager on and refused to do so. I told her to give me the 50% back but I will contact who I needed to in order to make sure no one else fell for this scam from this company.
