 last night, like an idiot, I hit a button on a purchase without reading the fine print. The fine print stated that if I had purchased the shirt (which I did), it would sign me up for a monthly membership. Well, I quickly shot off an email to the company stating I had made a mistake and that I'd like to cancel my order as well as my membership.

Come this morning, I hadn't gotten a reply to my email, so I tried calling the number listed not only on their Facebook page, but their website as well. I was hung up on and sent to voicemail. SIX times. The voicemail wasn't even to the number I'd called. So I went on their facebook and fire off a message stating the same thing. Their response was fine, but I found it rude and stand offish. I commented on their post on facebook warning others of their fine print, the fake phone number and lack of customer service. I just recieved this last message AFTER BUSINESS AND DAY TIME HOURS. Rude much?
