Purely Organic Charged without receiving and Invoice Internet

Had placed an order for the Purely Organic Release Cream and  Organic Pure Eyes  on June 27, 2018, the total charge was for shipping and handling only, total $12.34   The product was delivered July 3, 2018 and my understanding there was a 30 day free trial period.  My complaint is that now my charge card has been charged $178.93 before the 30 day trial period expired.  Nonetheless, there has been another package delivered that I do not want and have called to request a return slip and was told that the product could not be returned.  The customer service representative stated that the FDA has stated that once the product has shipped out it could not be return to their warehouse.    I am not understanding why the product cannot be returned if the box has not been opened.  Now I am being charged again for that package that I do not want minus a 35% credit, per the customer service manager.   I have cancelled these products and have an email receipt of this fact.  Furthermore, I phoned back again to inquire why the same product I ordered for the free trial is being sold by another company on Amazon for $33.00.  What a ripoff.
