Complaint Review: Purely Organic

Purely Organic I called to cancel the subscription I did not agree to, all I agreed to was to try it ONE time. I called as I noticed them debiting my account, I asked for a full refund and an address of where I can send the product back (which I can't use my skin is allergic to it). They refused to provide an address to send the product back! Texas

I called their customer service phone number earlier this year multiple times asking them to stop charging my card!  I explained I do not want their product I kept getting the run around being transfered to multiple people.  After about 4 calls I finally reached one of their customer service reps., who told me they would cancel the auto draft but refused to give me an address of where to send back the product.  

I told them the 2 packages I'd received are unopened, untouched how do I return the product I don't/can't use.  The person said they do not accept returns and I have to keep it, I explained I have no use for it and he kept saying they don't accept any returns.  This is a scam. a rip off!  Most horrible customer service I've ever encountered, usually if the package is unopened all other companies that are reputable accept the merchandise back, but this scam of a company refuses to refund my money and refuses to take their horrible product back!  How can this company keep ripping off people!

CAUTION DO NOT Fall for their scam!  I started a dispute with my bank and they rebuttled saying I never returned the product!  I've re-submitted my claim asking WHERE do I send back the product I don't want it!  Praying they provide an address so I can get me money back from this greedy money hungry company that has stole my money!
