I ordered Purely Organic face and eye cream in an online ad that stated it was endorsed by Kelley Ripa. I would receive a trial size of face cream and eyecream for $4.95 each. I received them.

Then In July I received 2 more samples that I did not order. Before I could call them I received my credit card statement. They charged my Mastercard $89.95 four times minus $4.95 twice to equal $362.81!

When I called the company the woman said I could not return the second sample ."Once it leaves the warehouse, It cannot be returned." I said, " I did not order it." She said, "Because I checked the box that I was over 18, I had ordered it." It was supposed to be $9.90 for 2. She kept repeating, "I can understand you are angry." I said I wanted my money back." I can't do that.

They cut me off then called back. She said," I can give you 35% off." I said, 'that is not good enough ."! Then I hung up. They tried to call back and I didn't answer my phone. I called Mastercard and cancelled my card and reported them to the fraud division.

I can fax my statements to you. I am holding onto the product if you need it. I do not know how to upload picture to the computer.

Yahoo carried the article that Kelly Ripa was quitting her show to attend her Beauty line. Then the ad followed this.
