Complaint Review: PureMeds USA

Puremeds USA charged my Visa card, I have never heard of this company, nor did I place any order for any kind of pills, I have never ordered any type of medication over the internet.

After researching the name, I found numerous sites showing complaints about this company, 3 or 4 different address', the phone # that showed on my statement is based in Santa Clara, CA. I attemted to call and question the charge, no person, just computerized voice prompts, no one answered after holding for over 30 minutes.
