I've been using this company merchant service for 2 years. When i signed up for this service, the sales person Jeff Urquhart only provided me an application of 4 pages. He did not mention about the 3 year contract or provide me a copy of it. I started with this company because he promised to give me the best rate, but overtime I learned that was not true. I got charge 2.50% or more for every swipe transaction!

As i decided to switch to a different company, i called in and no one there has a decency to mention that i have signed a 3-year contract and there will be a $250 charge. They would wait until they got the money from your account. I called the sales person multiple times, inquiring why didn't he at least disclose the information about the contract to me at the time of application. He said it's only disclosed if being asked!

After a few times contacting him (and got me to nowhere), i demanded him to give me his manager's name and phone number. He said i can call this number 1800-224-4313, which was wrong #! I called the company back again and talked to another person (a woman this time), she said she will talk to her manager and will get back to me, but haven't heard from this company since.
Bottom line: Be Aware of this company's hidden 3-year term contract and unfair/unethical practice.
