Puretvbox - Los Angeles I can't get a refund Los Angeles California
My husband purchased 5 TV box's with a free keyboard included back in November. We were wanting to switch to only streaming in our home. When we decided on a company for streaming the Android Box did not have the company who we streamed through...only Apple. I have been opening tickets since November with coorespondance but no solutions. I have completed each request including pictures but that is where it stops. I am so sick of looking at this box sitting here but reading other reports it doesn't look hopeful. I was just going to retrun them but after reading more reports that isn't working either. I tried to visit their site today and it is down or gone! The boxes work but I am so exhausted with this company!!!
