PURITY BY MINERAL SCIENCE They obtained my bankcard info, took payment, never received product, no one ever answers the # given to call. Internet
I was contacted via telephone about a special makeup offer that would help clear up skin abnormalities. Was offered a trial kit for only $3.95 and they made it sound promising. All they needed was a shipping and handling payment via credit card.
I gave them my card information over the phone and was given a rundown of other special offers, which I declined. The woman I spoke to gave me her name, Lisa, an ID # of some sort and a phone # to call. She said I would receive my free trial package in 5-7 days.
I have not received any shipment and have not been contacted by the company again but the payment was taken out of my account. I then tried to call the # given two different times and proceeded to sit on the phone about 10-15 minutes both times to no answer and a machine stating " Thank you for your patience, all of our representatives are busy helping other customers."
No one ever picked up on the other end and the message never changed. I then went on Google to try and locate the company via the internet and found a report from Ripoffreport.com. There is no direct e-mail address that I know of but I did locate them on Google.
Due to the report I read on the same company, I am hesitant to contact them again in any way. I clicked onto there link and was immediately bombarded with a special offer box so I closed the screen right away. I then drove right over to my bank to report this problem and ordered a replacement card so no further charges could be taken from the one they have the # to.

Apparently they aren't a fraud company. I received the package out of the blue today. I guess you will have to disreguard my last report.
