I was on line looking at my email,and seen an add stating free trial make up.
no obligation,no purchase nessacary.
so i decided to check it out,like all females who doesnt want a make up free of garbage that breaks out your face,cost a ton,and not to many give away ''free samples''.
so i waited a couple weeks[forgot about it] and it came,
they were VERY small jars but they were free it said,so i didnt complain.
when i opened the box and read the invoice i almost had a heart attack!!!
it cost me 7.95 [which bounced my checking account] i wasnt told it was 7.95 to send me such a little box of crap.shipping and handling shouldnt have been so high,but the invoice that was the real kicker--it states now that this package that was sent to my home, makes me a member of the purity beauty club,and that they will be billing my bank account 59.99 any day now and then 29.99,every shippment there after.
i never agreed to be a member of anything let alone this crap,no where in my life did i see a ''free trial'' means membership!! ive called there 866-363-6797 # a million times ive tried there email addresses and CANT LEAVE A MESSAGE ON ANY I HAVE FOR THIS COMPANY. I EVEN TRIED THERE LIVE VIRTUAL CHAT LADY TARA
she couldnt give me my return merchandise number either. so the phone,email now the chat lady refuse to give me a rma number. so i reserched all i could,i found how and where they get there packaging invoices and that they print out their own postage mailing lables, and left them a message about puritys scamming ways and i left a message for another company that has something to do with them also,it was busniess week an editor i think,then i found who at least helps them make or distrabute there scam,i wrote them also, im very computer illeterate,im uneducated as you see,but im a human being who doesnt deserve to be ripped off, like all of you.
someone really needs to help me find this ''company'' maybe all of us start a class action suit against them for our money the bounced checks,fees they caused us because of there lies
and that a free trial means just that. FREE TRIAL. not a free trial that makes you a life long member to a club you DIDNT choose and JUST TAKE the money they want OUT of our banks.
i need all your help lets band together and get them
