I have been a customer for many years & here are the emails between me and their so called Customer Service. Notice at the bottom of their email they are always wanting to sell you more! Also notice that they couldn't even find my account!

this is the order I didn't receive, (as delivered on 04/06/2009 to James D (((Redacted))) as it was sent to the wrong address, (correct address is 5or my new office address below). I do have my mail forwarded from my old office address to my new office address, but this order never came to my new address. I thought you would pick up my new address when I changed it on your website but I guess not?

Well it has become apparent to me that your Company has no concept of what Customer Service is. I have now been without my vitamins for over a month. Here's what I feel your Company should have done for me, a customer of many years. Immediately sent me out another order of my vitamins, then tried to chase down what happened to the order. I went to your website and put in my change of address but it appears nobody in your Company monitors that so my order was sent to my previous address, which someone named Williams signed for. I even had a change of address put in at the post office so my mail would be forwarded to me. I'm really tired of wasting my time dealing with this problem. So, what I would like you to do is cancel my subscription & credit my credit card for the last order I never received. I will find another Company to purchase my Vitamins from that understands customer service.
