Complaint Review: Purity products

Purity products Removed money from my bank account with a different card # than the one used for sample. Said they would return money. They lied. Internet

3 months after cancelling an account with Purity Products I noticed a withdrawal of $125.00 from my bank account by Purity Products. After a call to them I was told that a shipment had already been sent, but that they would go ahead and put half of the money back in my account and the other half when they got the shipment back. They gave me a # to write on the package and return it. I did. I still have received no refund and can't get anyone at Purity to speak to me in person. This may be a lesson learned, but it also hurts legitimate companies because no matter how good their product it will tough to get my bank info.
