This vitamin and health products company does not seem to care nor respond to customer attempts at notifying them of problems about shipping or with the products, despite the fact that the company's president, Jahn Levin, eagerly gives out his own "direct" email address (jahn@purityproducts.com) on the website to contact him.

I have received open, unsealed bottles of supplements, and bottles consistently so poorly packaged (basically nothing more than thrown into a box and sealed), that they have absolutely no temperature protection in summer, and the tablets and bottles get banged around in shipment adding to the strong possibility of chipping and other breakage. I had originally written by U.S. mail to this Jahn Levin about it many months ago- no reply ever, I have called the company toll free number and left my phone number with customer service twice for him to call back-no reply ever, I have emailed him directly to his special email address and to his customer service person "Roy" twice and gave them 2 separate email addresses to reply to- all I have received back from either of them is a "pass the buck" type email and no further attempts whatsoever,

although Mr. Levin claims to have never received my postal letter. There doesn't seem to be any problems whatsoever when I mail in a payment or with the company charging my credit card for products though. That is a very quick and efficient transaction. The quality of these supplements is very good, but with this kind of service and apparent lack of caring other than to take in profits, I've gone elsewhere.

In regards to Mr. Neil, Purity Products received 2 e-mails, with no account number or order number. We did not even have his e-mail address on file. Both e-mails were responded to and in both e-mails we asked Mr. Neil to provided us with more information. We asked him to supply us with a phone number so we may contact him. We never received a reply from him since that time.

Purity Products was and still is willing to rectify the situation with Mr. Neil. Purity Products takes a lot of pride in supplying world-class nutriontanl supplements and health related products. At Purity Products we don't just settle for the satisfied customer we want to make every customer a very satisfied customer.

If Mr. Neil wants us to help him further he can contact our customer care department M-F 9am-5pm EST and ask for extension 5023.
