To all who read. Since the age of the internet I've noticed a rapid decline in customer service and service in general. I can go on about a list of companies and call center that are inadequate. I would need to write a book. My BEEF is with Purolator as a nationwide company. This is one fight I will take to my grave. Yes, I'm that pissed. So I Charles Bailey declare war on Purolator as a whole. I would urge Canadians or Americans never to use Purolator. My wife has issue sleeping, get crazy migraines in weather changes. So she obtained her medical marijuana card. The company we use, pays for one day delivery. Well Purolator does not honor that agreement. Infact they don't give a sh* at all. If you make a order before noon the company will make a shipping tag and the rest is in Purolators hands (that a big problem). Three times in a row the company has missed a conection from Montreal to Calgary. I called to ask where our medication was. Of cource it was nothing about excesus. Never mind the fact they have sent some parcels to a wrong location twice to boot. How are they in buisness still. Purolator is the most complained about company on the internent. Do not use Purolator they lie about delivery time, driver are a*holes and lazy. Instead of delivery to you address they rather leave it at a depot. Mangers are rude and to say the least its a sh* company all together. Use this service at your own risk.Pursh*lator should be the company name because the give you pure sh* later.
