I'm filing this report because Puros Cuba and the man in charge, Bryan Ruiz, defrauded us, me and my company, for over 1500 dollars worth of fake cigars.

His website claimed that they were original and, until the last time I had contact with the man in charge, he continued claiming they were original despite all the evidence against it.

The fake cigars produced by this swindler are top notch counterfeits, they are very well made and deceived us for quite some time until an expert told us they were fake. They use original Habanos boxes to place the counterfeit cigars or take the seals from original boxes to place them on ordinary boxes. Everything seems to be in place but is because they know how the original cigars and boxes are organized. The cigars were shipped from Costa Rica and Dominican Republic. Apparently it's a large network dedicated to sell fake cigars all over the world.

I tried to get my money back but the man in charge, Bryan Ruiz, claimed until the very last end that the cigars were original and refuse to give our money back. I kept insisiting for a couple of weeks with no response.

Then, a couple of weeks after this event, the web page, the twitter account and every piece of information about Puros Cuba or Mr. Bryan Ruiz dissappeared from the web. Coincidence?
