Purrfect Auto Decatur Hacienda Kept car for 2 weeks- TOOK 1 WEEK TO LOOK AT IT! did not fix problem $1000 X 2 Las Vegas Nevada

This shop had my car parked in the same spot for a week. never even looked at it, all the while i was paying to rent a car. i was always put on hold, told to call back.
this was supposedly due to the manager being off that week, so things were "hectic" there.

when i did get ahold of the 3rd manager in 3 months, he was promising and apologetic and said the $650 problem that had left my car running even worse than before, would finally be taken care of AGAIN in as little time as possible. "hopefully only one day" he says.
but then we call, and call, and find out that now there is a new problem, $200 more, but it HAS to be done. and they would get the part in "tomorrow."

So we wait 2 more days, and hear nothing.
After we call on the 4th day, we are told we have to come down and pay for the part FIRST before they will order it. guess they were going to keep our car sitting in the parking lot another week before they called to tell us that. AND THEY WERE ACTUALLY RUDE ABOUT IT, LIKE WE WERE INCONVENIENCING THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!
