Purrfect Auto ripoff! They lost when taken to small claims court, but can't collect. Henderson Nevada
Took car to have elective work done. At one time had both of our cars being worked on. One car, after 30 days, they admitted they could not fix the car after multiple attempts. On two atempts, stated car was done and could not even get it out of the parking lot. I finally got car back, took to dealer and they said they would pay. The other car, struts put in upside down, they did not fix the air conditioning and did not reattach the brake lines after work. Took the car to another shop to be fixed correctly.
Took to small claims court and won judgement. Now the problem is collecting. It is a business and we only have the owner's name. We filed a lien against his house this week. Short of hiring a private detective, we are at a loss of how to find assests or accounts to garnish.
We are looking for information that would help us get our money.

try sending the company a $5 or $10 check thanking them for their 'good service' and the check will be deposited. Then you will get their bank and acct #. Simpler than hiring a pvt detective.

How to get your Money

I can tell you exactly how to get your money. Do you know any of the employee's on a Personal level? If you do ask them to write down the account numbers off their check so you can freeze their assets. Get the Corporate phone number or call channel 13 and ask for Dale. He knows all about Purrfect Auto and can help you out.
I will come back and give you more info here so eveyone will know how to deal with them.
