I took my vehicle in for a smog check at Purfect Auto Service and was told the job would take 10 minutes. I waited a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes. During that time, the manager, Naeho or Nacho (name is illegible on receipt) came back and told me my car didn't pass the smog test and that I needed certain other things to be done. He convinced me and so I approved the repair.

However, I had this instant thought and I went over to the mechanic and asked how my car was. He responded that my car was fine and had passed the test. I went back to the manager, Naeho, and told him what the mechanic had said. Naeho went to the mechanic and I watched and saw that he was very upset.

While I was at the cashier, the mechanic came over and told me that the Naeho had fired him. I feel very bad about this because I feel like I was responsible for him being fired. He doesn't deserve that for being honest! The mechanic who got fired name is Dang Vick Tran / EA140314
