Complaint Review: Putt Putt Care Sales - Puttputt

my husband and I put down 1000 dollars to purchase a car. we had the car for about one month, in that month we had some service done to the vehicle. we were not to upset about that concidering it is wear and tear.

upon the one month date, i went out of town and left it to my husband to pay for it. well he return very late saturday night and would be in, in the morning to pay for it. well they took the vehicle sunday morning. he tried to tell them he was going to pay for it that day, but they toke it anyway.

we had 52 dollars credit on the following week. so basically they toke the vehicle because we we were one day late and 32 dollars to short. i called them (nora, general manager) she wanted us to pay a repo fee ranging between 400-900 dollars to get they vehicle back. i wonder how these people who work there sleep at night concidering they are working for such a place like that.
