I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee about 4 months ago from a used dealership. My oldest sister barrowed the car for the day. She inturn broke my keyless remote. So she took it to the nearest dealership Puyallup Chrysler.

My sister went to the parts department and bought a remote for about 40 dollars(I think that was the price). She was told to bring the car back the next day and my remote would be programed. So she came home and told me the remote was not working and where to go to get it programed.

The next day my mom took my car to get the remote programed. I was at work when she called me to ask me how she wanted me to pay her back for the programing. I was like wait they charged you? So I hung up with her and called my sister at work she told me they didn't say anthing about charging for programing.

I called Puyallup Chrysler and was put on hold for a long time. When I told them the problem the man on the phone told me they always charge to program remotes. After a long conversation with him disputing the charge I hung up on him.

Every Jeep, Chrysler, and Doge dealership in Auburn had the remotes for cheaper and they put the cost of programing it in the total cost. Who buys a 40$ key chain that doesn't work?

I will never return to Puyallup Chrysler and I told them that. I called and also gave a report to Chrysler headquarters. Nobody seems to care though. I keep getting promo's to return to the dealership to get my service done on my car. I just through that junk away I want competent people under my hood of my car!
