Complaint Review: Puyallup Chrysler

Puyallup Chrysler ripoff can not repair, makes customer pay for rental, tears products and customer pays to replace the business that doesnt give a dam Puyallup Washington

My wife took in her 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan as the A/C unit quit working. It was still under factory warrenty and we had to pay for the rental. We picked we thought it was fixed

6 weeks later the A/C went back out again and the service Manager was RUDE to my wife and could casreless and blew her off. I called in the next day and we got it in and they stated it was an electrical issue and we would have no further issues

3 weeks later the A/C unit went out again ! We had to leave the van and again we had to pay for a rental while it was being repaired. The replaced the bad parts and again were told we would not have any further issues. This time the Tech. tore in inside filter ( 35.0 + ) and were told it was old and I had to pay for a new one !

5 days later back again we went with the A/C not working, we again had to pay for a rental while they worked on the van. At this point we tried to get a rental paid for due to the circumstances adn were told no we do not provide rentals for any reason. We again were told that the A/C was fixed and we should not have any further issues.

2 weeks late the A/c went out again ! We argued about a rental and was told no way and had to pay for the rental. When we picked up the van we were told by the Service Advisor that the part that was replaced he did not feel was the issue, I agreed but I was told the issue was fixed and taken care of.

4 days later the A/C is out again. I now am fighting with them again as I am NOT going to pay for a rental and I am being ripped of by all this cost, lost time.

When you need a repair go somewhere else, save your money and go to a reliable repair shop. This dealership is NOT the 5 Star dealership it claims to be. I had the tech. tell me NOT to buy the filter there are they were one of the highest around !
