Complaint Review: Pynk November

I placed my order on 5/30 and got a confi rmation email. Two weeks passed and I had not received a shipping email so I sent them anemail. I fi nally got an email a week later saying someone would follow up with me soon. I went to their IG page and left a commentabout my order in which someone responded that they would check on it and then I got an email on June 22 stating my order wason the way and they gave me tracking number 1Z906A60YW39311951 for ups.

There has been no movement on this tracking numberat all. On 6/25 I went back to their IG and asked why they had generated a tracking number for a package that obviously isn't movingand they said they would check on it, that UPS should have picked up by now. I haven't had any communication since.
