My family had a fire in our home that started in the kitchen.  There was water and fire damage to all of the house.  This company was just looking to cash in from the beginning and was in a hurry to do it and rushed is unto letting them clean our stuff leading us into so much miscommunication that were are currently disputing their $8,500 bill that is crap.  !st of all,  the guy Ryan came in to do an estimate of what it would cost to clean the contents of the whole house, this included the downstairs storage room,  he gave us and the insurance company the estimate the next day which was about $7,500.00.  It just so happens that the downstairs storage room was full of mold and the workers were saying it would be too dangerous to work down there and they declared mold to the insurance company all the while the BILL stayed the SAME as it was for the ENTIRE house and come to find out they DID actually go down there and pick & chose what high price items they would still take although it was declared unsafe they took the washer/dryer/toybox/vaccume/carpet cleaner etc...I have pictures showing that these items were down there...
Also,  from the very beginning all the way up to the day they came into the home on 9/9/10,  we told them what NOT to take like the TV's because they did NOT work or we wanted to clean them and use them ourselves along with some games and game systems,  beds and other furniture was suppose to not be taken because we were getting money to replace it and didn't want to use them as they were damaged anyway.  We were there that day and told them in front of all the workers and told each worker what was not to be taken.  Yet they took what they wanted!!  We assumed the next day when nothing was in the home,  that the rest was thrown away.  But cometo find out they took it all and want us to pay for it all.

Yes!  You are correct,  as soon as payment came up there was an issue,  my familys' items still smells like afterfire and needed to be re-cleaned.  Our family came to Trilink,  everything still smells like after-fire yet your employees still wanted 10k right then,  oh and then they would reclean it.  No matter if your customers are satisfied with the job or customer service Tri Link still got paid,  and after you have gotten 9k,  your employees still will not return any of the stuff you have stored up.  No one returns calls unless it is about money. We hope to take this post down if it is ever resolved but you have been paid and still you have things that are irreplacable...Thank God for Angieslist\BBB\RipOffReport etc b/c I'm letting everyone I know to not let them be victimized twice by TRILINK..

YOUR Attorney is wasting your $$ if you think you have a defamation suit!

They came into my home,  took everything they wanted charging me for it,billing me for thing's I wanted to throw away!  Now they have an attorney who think's there is a defamation suit?  I don't think so!  All we are doing is putting the truth out there for other's to see.  I know they have had other customers left unsatisfied and ripped -off!  I tell my neighbor's to NOT let ANY of your company's affiliate's into their home if they don't want a mess!  This is NOT over,  far from it!  If you were smart in your business dealing's,you would work with your unsatisfied customer's and take off the bill EXACTLY what was paid for but not done and if you want to save your companie's rep.  you might want to settle for $500 I would pay right now for your crap work done on and in my house,  instead of allowing your employee's to handle it the wrong way.  The wrong way is: Calling and wanting to "meet to settle it" yet when we go there it is, "uhh uhh,  we take $200off" No I do not think so or calling and saying: "umm umm you have a lien on your house now AND ARE IN DANGER OF FORECLOSURE AND SHORT SALE" UM I am not stupid and neither is anyone in my family.  I have a sister and a cousin who work for attorney's as paralegal's and we have 2 family friends with law firm's and the only reason they have not been brought into this yet is because you kiss a*s to someone in our family who does not want to sue the pants off your company.

At our company, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction.  On information and belief, this customer has been paid on the insurance claim, yet there is a sizable outstanding balance due to our company.  Further, only when we raised the issue of payment, did these complaints surface.  We have made several attempts to resolve this matter, yet this customer has left us with no choice but to initiate legal action.
