Cashier ripped me off $10...when I gave her a $20 she gave me back two ones and said I gave her ten. I requested to speak to the owner and he refused to do anything about it and said he would check his drawer at the end of the night and for me to leave my number and that he would call either way (in which he never called). Don't waste your time and chance to get ripped off, eat at one of the other reputable food establishments in this mall! BEWARE!!

This owner is utter complete liar and thief and is still lying as we speak. If there is video I say prove it that you and your employee did not steal from me!!! It would be nice if this unrespectable business person would actually man up to his employees wrong doing and resolve the issue, but only wishes to take part in it as the owner is complete liar and thief as well. I will be contacting the State Attorney General next as this owner chooses to fraud people!

This owner is a LIAR and a THIEF. His response is completely fabricated, don't purchase from this cafe unless you want to be ripped off by theiving owner such as this one!!!

It is agreed this consumer purchased a meal from the Pyramid Cafe at the Opry Mills. Prior to ordering as owner I noticed the individual displaying a nervous or anxious behavior. Once he placed his order I personally prepared his sandwich to assure it was as ordered.
He paid the cashier, took his change and left the counter only to return a short time later claiming to have given the cashier $20.00 rather than $10.00 for which he was given change. In speaking with the indiviudal I advisd him if upon closing for the night the drawer was over I would refund him his $10.00 and took his informaiton. At closing the drawer was not over or under by any amount.
He was not advised he would be contacted regardless. He was advised that he would be refunded his $10.00 if it was proven he had presented a $20.00 instead of a $10.00. Several minutes had passed and other transactions had occured thus supporting his claim was only possible after reconciling the drawer.
Having many years of business experience it is not uncommon for idividuals to claim to have paid with a larger bll than which they did hoping and expecting the business owner to concede and refund the additional change.
His behavior and return to the counter are all supported by company cameras. This was not a rip off on the part of Pyramid Cafe but an attemped rip off on the part of the consumer.
