Complaint Review: Pyramid Collection

Pyramid Collection Lied, misrepresented company ability, refused to complete order when all items are in-house (Theft) Chelmsford Massachusetts

On 27 July 2016, I telephonically ordered better than $700, worth of garments (Order # W1350750) on 13 August 2016 a later order, made by me, (Order #J7829352) was recieved complete.  I called 1-800-333-4220 & 1-877-756-1628 attempting to determine status of order.  Customer Relation/Service, acknowledged reciept of my orders and that order #W1350750, was in the shipping department, yet they had no idea when they would ship.  I attempted to reason with assorted customer services representative that a later dated order was already recieved, yet their holding my earlier shipment, valued at $759 would not be shipped until they worlded out a computer transfer.  I asked to speak with Managing Director, was given another number where a f emale operator would render ZERO assistance further that she looked out the window and reported that only three cars were in their lot.  This was 16 minutes before published operating hours,  This representative would provide ZERO names, position or telephone numbers.

The following day, 15 August 2016, I called again, in hopes of contacting the executive management department,  this was mid-day.  Again no response.  Af ter several call I was connected with a reported Customer Service male new employee, who lookied up my order information, confirmed that my order was sitting in shipping and that he couldn't get any response to his inquiry. 

Having been led around the camp ground on two seperate days by assorted company representatives, I decided that I wanted a complete refund, so that I would not be kept in limbo and not repeatedly lied to.  This was stated to the customer service male representative, who acknowledged understanding my frustration, that that he would do what he could to satisfy my cancellation.

I haven't heard from anyone else in the company so I don't know the status of anything.  TYhe business practices of this company is beyond bad.  I have continued to reach the executive branch, to o avail, as I believe this company hides their actions and practices from the customers. 

It is my heartfelt desire that NO BODY uses this company, in future, as they present the worst business practices I've "EVER" experienced.
