This is the second time I have dealt with this company after thinking the first experience I had with them was a fluke. I will never purchase from them again. I purchased a $120 dress which was the wrong size. I sent it back for an even exchange for the next size. For the even exchange, they charged me for a whole other dress - no warning - no authorization. Luckily, I just had the money in my account. I called up their customer service thinking it was a mistake on their part and the woman on the phone told me it was their policy to charge for even exchanges and that I would be credited the next day. She also blamed my credit union, which is insane because they have a clear policy of posting credits before charges. This dress has in the meanwhile cost me $240. If I do not see my money that they robbed me of back in my account by the morning, I will be calling the better business bureau and the police department of their town to report the theft.
