Pyramid Collection Rude customer service and shipping took 3x as long as advertisedtWhitinsville, Massachusetts
I ordered a costume on Oct 8th because it stated I should expect to receive it within 5-8 business days. I had a party to attend on Oct 20th and the costume never arrived. It shipped on Oct 10th according to tracking, but is languishing in California. I had to scramble at the last minute for a back-up costume, and now fear missing the next weekend's event as well. I called customer service to complain and was told there was nothing they could do. They put me on hold and I have been sitting on the phone now for 20 minutes waiting for them to pick up again.
Do not bother ordering from this company. They don't care about their customers and can't guarantee their product.
