Pzest.com ripoff, extremely slow in refunds and stopping charges to accounts Internet
After having contacted company for a refund of funds removed electronically from my checking account the company (pzest.com) informed me that the money would be returned and that there would be no further charges to my account. During the last 6 months I have had to contact the company repeatedly regarding the original transaction and subsequent occurrances. On a number of these occassions I have been repeatedly hung up on and told that they no longer have my information in their system so they inform me that they cannot give me my money back.

DEAR CONSUMER
Simple suggestion: CALL YOUR BANK AND CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD. DONT LET THEM ISSUE YOU ONE WITH THE SAME CREDIT CARD NUMBER BUT UPDATED EXPIRATION DATE... GET A NEW NUMBER.
If you have any charges that have not been refunded them charge them back. You have been better than most people out there by contacting the company but they are taking advantage of you and its time to hit them where it hurts... with a chargeback.
