Q Link Wireless Phone-Free Phone!.. Really? They charged my account for a phone and didnt send it to me. I didnt order the phone. Dania Beach Florida

I sent them a fax telling them to cancel my account, and not to send me anymore of these crappy phones. They charged me one more time anyway, and didnt send a phone. I cancelled my card to prevent any more fraudulent charges. Their phone number hooks you up to a looping computer menu of instructions, but no info on live customer service reps.

The emails I sent were disregarded, as were the faxes. I suppose they dont have time or personnel to handle complaints, which must be many, if this is how they do business. But the charge was fraudulent, and apparently intentional.
