Q Link Wireless Worse Customer Service ever & ripoff of poor people Nationwide

Being a single mother and starting over after losing everything last year when I got sick, I thought Q Link Wireless would be the answer to cell phone service until I was able to afford prepaid service... AFTER less than 3 months I think it was the worse mistake I ever made. 

When I applied online, as strongly suggested, it took almost a month to get approved because they didn't process the documents in a timely fashion. Then when I finally got my phone, it looked like someone had stepped on the phone and send it to me. It was beat up and keys were not functioning. I immediately called and complained and they sent me a better phone.

Then that's when the problems started.. first of all they send weekly updates of how many minutes you have. Who did that? If it's mandated based on usage, why not send daily alerts? Secondly the length of time to get to a representative is atrocious! More than 45 minutes, only to get hung up on when you ask for a supervisor. I've been in customer service for over 20+ yrs and I've never experienced such a lack of professionalism when trying to reach someone. The reason why I called is because their billing is deducting minutes that haven't been used and trying to reach someone to help you is like the worse experience I've ever encountered. 

Just because it's free and from the government doesn't mean you should have to deal with substandard service. I'm so disappointed with Q Link it's unreal and I'm still without service and no one wants to help. All I get is excuses.
